Друзья, мы рады сообщить вам, что наконец-то мы смело можем называться органом по инспектированию!
Казалось бы, обычный листочек формата А4 с обычными буквами и надписью, однако! Однако на самом деле это все далеко не так просто и легко! Год жизни и год подготовки, год доказывания, что ты все сможешь, и прежде всего перед самими собой.
А всё началось жарким днем в разгаре лета 2016 в центре Киева с фразы «а давай ..» и фразы, которая ее поддержала — «а почему бы и нет?» И эти две совершенно обычные на первый взгляд фразы трансформировались в мечту, а мечта — в цель, достижению которой и был посвящен год нашей жизни!
И уже когда стало ясно «что именно?» и «зачем?», возник другой вопрос — «как?».
И закрутились-завертелись колесики в головах людей, которые стояли у истоков тогда еще претендента в органы по инспектированию! Сколько литературы, рекомендаций было перечитано, сколько подходов было разработано, и вот — команда сформирована, документация разработана, заявка на подтверждение компетентности подана. Осень 2016-го!
А дальше — все казалось вот-вот! И нам не очень нравилось, что все настолько затягивалось во времени, и почему же так долго, и временами совсем не понятно, а иногда начинало казаться, что это вообще все нереально, но ..!
Но как только руки начинали опускаться, ум упорно рисовал картинку и цель в голове, и поднимал руки, и зажигал сердце, и мы шли, шли вперед.
Этот год в дороге многое показал нам, многому научил нас. Мы стали более сдержанными, терпеливыми, мудрыми и сильными. Этот год показал, кто есть кто в команде, и сохранил рядом только настоящих — теперь можно с уверенностью говорить — членов нашей дорогой семьи!
И сегодня, получив то, чего так долго ждали и к чему стремились, и что, в принципе, является только первым шагом в достижении конечной цели, первой победой в направлении ее достижения, мы бы хотели сказать спасибо!
Спасибо тем, кто был с нами рядом и кто поддерживал нас делом, словом и мыслями, кто не предал и остался с нами до этого момента! — вы помогли нам стать мудрее и умнее, вы стали единым целым с нами!
Спасибо и тем, у кого «душа поэта не выдержала» и кто откололся сам за этот период — вы показали, что время действительно расставляет все на свои места, и настоящая ценность команды в ее целостности, в единстве принципов и стремлении к общей цели!
Спасибо тем, кто верил в нас и не дал опустить руки, когда они сами опускались, кто убеждал в том, что все получится — вы помогли нам не потерять веру в собственные возможности и достичь в конце концов то, к чему мы шли!
Спасибо и тем, кто очень не хотел, чтобы мы запустили компанию в работу, создавая препятствия того или иного характера — вы помогли нам стать сильнее и несокрушимее, как бы не хотелось видеть обратное!
Отдельное спасибо от нас Национальном агентству по аккредитации Украины — за то, что вы помогли своими замечаниями и придирчивой работой выявить и показать нам недостатки в разработанных процедурах, за то, что стойко выдержали наши чуть ли не ежедневные звонки с вопросами «что там»,«как там»,«когда»,«почему долго» и т.д. и провели свою проверку должным образом от А до Я, обязанности у вас действительно непростые и сложные, но вы достойно с ними справляетесь — мы учли все ваши замечания для усовершенствования нашего функционирования!
Спасибо всем, с кем мы вступали в дискуссии, так как действительно в споре рождается истина!
В самом начале мы осознанно выбрали далеко непростой путь, мы не стали упрощать себе жизнь и выбирать пути, которые прошли уже другие, а решили протаптывать свою дорогу, пусть и сложную, но самостоятельную. Мы пообещали себе придерживаться тех ценностей и принципов, которые приняли за основу, и будем соблюдать их, как бы там ни было трудно!
