Существующие системы противопожарной защиты. Что нужно знать при выборе систем противопожарной защиты?
Для обеспечения противопожарной защиты объектов есть разные системы противопожарной защиты (далее – СДР).
В соответствии с требованиями ДБН В.2.5-56:2014 СДР делятся на:
- системы пожарной сигнализации;
- автоматические системы пожаротушения;
- автономные системы пожаротушения локального применения;
- системы управления эвакуированием (в части системы оповещения о пожаре и указателях непосредственно эвакуирования);
- системы противодымной защиты;
- системы централизованного пожарного наблюдения;
- системы диспетчеризации СДР;
- системы флегматизации.
Также в состав СДР не входят, но функционально связанные с ними следующие инженерные системы и технологическое оборудование:
- молниезащита;
- пожарные лифты;
- пожарные кран-комплекты;
- противопожарные двери, клапаны, ворота, петли (экраны) и т.д.
Выбор оптимальной системы: типы и особенности
Кожа СПЗ имеет собственное функциональное предназначение. Например, система пожарной сигнализации (далее – СПС) предназначена для обнаружения пожара на ранней стадии его развития, основная задача СПС — выдача сигнала на срабатывание автоматической системы пожаротушения, а также сигнала на включение оповещения о пожаре в дома для своевременной эвакуации людей и сигнала на износ системы дымоудаления.
Следует отметить, что все системы СДР тесно взаимосвязаны между собой. Из приведенного выше примера видно, например, как система пожарной сигнализации через систему диспетчеризации подает сигналы на срабатывание других систем.
Выбор типов и количества видов СДР для каждого здания и/или помещения определяет проектант на стадии проектирования СДР, с учетом требований действующих нормативных документов. Этот выбор ложится в основу задачи на проектирование, которое обязательно должно быть согласовано заказчиком.
