Друзі, ми раді повідомити Вам, що нарешті ми – повноцінний орган з інспектування!
Здавалось б, звичайний листочок формату А4 зі звичайними буквами і написом, однак! Однак насправді це все дуже і дуже незвичайно! Рік життя і рік підготовки, рік доказування, що ти все можеш, і насамперед перед самими собою.
А все почалось спекотним днем влітку 2016 в центрі Києва з фрази «а давай..» і фрази, яка її підтримала, – «а чому б і ні?» І оті дві зовсім звичайнісінькі на перший погляд фрази трансформувалися в мрію, а мрія – в ціль, досягненню якої і було присвячено рік нашого життя!
І вже коли було зрозуміло «що саме?» і «для чого?», виникло інше питання – «як?».
І завирували-закрутилися коліщатики в головах людей, які стояли у витоку тоді ще кандидата в претенденти в органи з інспектування! Скільки літератури, рекомендацій було перечитано, скільки підходів було розроблено, але ось – команда сформована, документація розроблена, заявка на підтвердження компетентності подана. Осінь 2016-ого!
А далі – все здавалося от-от! І нам не дуже подобалося, що все так розтягується в часі, і чому так довго, і якось зовсім не зрозуміло, і іноді починало здаватися, що взагалі це все нереально, але..!
Але як тільки руки починали опускатися, розум вперто малював картину і ціль в голові, і піднімав руки, і запалював серце, і ми йшли, йшли вперед.
Цей рік в дорозі багато що показав нам, багато чого навчив нас. Ми стали стриманішими, терплячішими, мудрішими і сильнішими. Цей рік показав, хто є хто в команді, і зберіг поряд тільки справжніх – тепер можна з впевненістю казати – членів нашої дорогої сім’ї!
І сьогодні, отримавши те, чого так довго чекали і до чого прагнули, і що, в принципі, є тільки першим кроком у досягненні кінцевої мети, першою перемогою у напрямку її досягнення, ми би хотіли сказати дякуємо!
Дякуємо тим, хто був з нами поряд і хто підтримував нас ділом, словом і думками, хто не зрадив і залишився з нами до цього моменту! – ви допомогли нам стати мудрішими і розумнішими, ви стали єдиним цілим з нами!
Дякуємо і тим, хто «не витримав лихої долі» і відломився за цей період – ви показали, що час дійсно розставляє все на свої місця, і справжня цінність команди в її цілісності, в єдності принципів і прагненні до спільної мети!
Дякуємо тим, хто вірив в нас і не дав опускати руки, коли вони самі опускалися, хто переконував у тому, що все вийде – ви допомогли нам не зневіритися у власних можливостях і досягти врешті-решт того, до чого йшли!
Дякуємо і тим, хто дуже не хотів, щоб ми розпочали свою діяльність, створюючи перешкоди того чи іншого характеру – ви допомогли нам стати сильнішими і незламнішими, якби не хотілося бачити зворотнє!
Окреме дякую від нас Національному агенству з акредитації України – за те, що ви допомогли своїми зауваженнями і прискіпливою роботою виявити і показати нам недоліки в розроблених процедурах, за те, що стійко витримали наші чи не щоденні дзвінки з запитаннями «що там», «як там», «коли», «чому довго» тощо і провели свою перевірку належним чином, робота у вас дійсно непроста і складна, але ви її гідно виконуєте – ми врахували всі ваші зауваження для вдосконалення нашого функціонування!
Дякуємо всім, з ким ми вступали в дискусію, бо тільки в спорі народжується істина!
На самому початку ми вибрали йти дорогою непростою, не обирати шляхи, якими пройшли вже інші, а торувати свій, може й складний, але самостійний. Ми пообіцяли собі дотримуватися тих цінностей і принципів, які прийняли за основу, і ми будемо їх дотримуватися, хоч би й як не було важко!
Дякуємо за довіру! Ну що ж, піднімаємо вітрила та починаймо подорож до досягнення наступного кроку на шляху до головної мети!
