Представники ТОВ «ЦІА «Шілд» взяли участь у роботі ІІ Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «ТЕХНІЧНЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ У БУДІВНИЦТВІ ТА АРХІТЕКТУРІ»
23 листопада 2016 року у приміщенні Київського Національного університету будівництва та архітектури (КНУБА) відбулося засідання ІІ Міжнародної науково-практичної конференції «ТЕХНІЧНЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ У БУДІВНИЦТВІ ТА АРХІТЕКТУРІ».
Головував на засіданні Завідувач кафедри будівництва і архітектури Інституту інноваційної освіти КНУБА доктор технічних наук, доцент Максим Вікторович Омельяненко.
На конференції були заслухані, зокрема, доповіді:
кандидата технічних наук, професора Миколи Васильовича Корнієнка (КНУБА) на тему «Про необхідність коригування стандартів визначення несучої здатності паль в Україні»
кандидата архітектури, доцента Олександри Іванівни Колодрубської (Львівський національний аграрний університет) на тему «Нормативне забезпечення при формуванні садибної забудови у сучасних умовах
військового інженера Сергія Васильовича Михальченка (ТК 320) на тему «Актуальні питання нормативно-правового забезпечення технічного регулювання у будівельній галузі сфери національної безпеки України
старшого викладача КНУБА Тетяни Олександрівни Смоляренко на тему «Критерії та фактори, що впливають на вибір виду транспорту для обслуговування перевезень пасажирів між містом та аеропортом (на прикладі аеропорту «Бориспіль», м. Київ)
доктора технічних наук, доцента Максима Вікторовича Омельяненка (КНУБА) на тему «Актуальні питання формування галузевого нормативного забезпечення в будівництві».
Окрім того, в рамках проведеної конференції було підготовлено та видано другий випуск збірника наукових праць «Сучасні проблеми технічного регулювання у будівництві», до якого включено тези вчених та фахівців архітектурно-будівельної галузі на відповідну тематику.
Під час заходу учасниками обговорювалася низка актуальних питань, пов’язаних із технічним регулюванням у будівництві, впровадженням Європейських стандартів в Україні, питаннями організації навчального процесу студентів відповідних спеціальностей з урахуванням вимог сьогодення.
За результатами обговорення представлених доповідей та дебатів було прийнято наступні рішення:
- науково-дослідним і проектним установам, що мають статус базових організацій з науково-технічної діяльності у будівництві, спільно з вищими навчальними закладами будівельного спрямування продовжити системну співпрацю задля широкого впровадження механізмів технічного регулювання з метою зменшення адміністративного регулювання галуззю та усунення бар’єрів щодо обміну продукцією та послугами всередині будівельного комплексу країни;
- доручити Київському національному університету будівництва і архітектури сформувати узагальнені пропозиції щодо перспективних розробок у сфері нормування та стандартизації у будівництві та промисловості будівельних матеріалів та подати їх до Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово-комунального господарства України;
- погодитись із пропозицією Київського національного університету будівництва і архітектури провести Третю міжнародну науково-практичну конференцію «Технічне регулювання у будівництві та архітектурі» у листопаді 2017 року.
