В зависимости от типа и сложности объекта для расчета времени эвакуации людей при пожаре и при чрезвычайной ситуации, используются разные методики. Основаны они, конечно, на использовании нормативных документов.
Расчет необходимого времени эвакуации людей из помещений при пожаре включает в себя расчеты времени начала эвакуации, времени скопления и времени задержки человеческих потоков, времени блокирования.
Что такое необходимое время эвакуации?
Необходимое время эвакуации – время с момента возникновения пожара, в течение которого люди должны эвакуироваться в безопасную зону без причинения вреда жизни и здоровью людей в результате воздействия опасных факторов пожара;
Что такое опасные факторы пожара?
К опасным факторам пожара, воздействующим на людей и имущество, относятся:
пламя и искры;
тепловой поток;
повышенная температура окружающей среды;
повышенная концентрация токсичных продуктов горения и термического разложения;
пониженная концентрация кислорода;
снижение видимости в дыму.
К сопутствующим проявлениям опасных факторов пожара относятся:
осколки, части разрушившихся зданий, сооружений, строений, транспортных средств, технологических установок, оборудования, агрегатов, изделий и иного имущества;
радиоактивные и токсичные вещества и материалы, попавшие в окружающую среду из разрушенных технологических установок, оборудования, агрегатов, изделий и иного имущества;
вынос высокого напряжения на токопроводящие части технологических установок, оборудования, агрегатов, изделий и иного имущества;
опасные факторы взрыва, произошедшие вследствие пожара;
воздействие огнетушащих веществ.
